Why be a FellowConventional training is normally delivered by people who’s job and experience has been in the field of delivering training. High end business needs more knowledge than this will typically provide. At the same time, many successful business people are becoming available to share their knowledge after conducting highly successful, but highly demanding careers at the sharp end of commerce. Fellow ProfileThe experts that are at the core of the business are Fellows. Joining the community will be by invitation only and the person will have a profile of 20 - 30 years experience, C-Level and reputation for outstanding achievement at all stages of their chosen expertise. The mind set of the Fellow will be of an entrepreneur who is willing and able to share their knowledge and pass on their wisdom freely. They will be articulate, have a network of excellence and be very well known in their field. It is clear that the people in this category will not be employees, but will be linked to the organisation with a bond of trust and mutual benefit - “golden hand-cuffs”.

While the principle thrust of the business offering is via the marketing and promotion of Fellows and their profiles, other relationships can benefit form the commercialisation of the business. This means that there will be links and synergetic relationships built with like minded partner companies as well as consultants who wish to show an affiliation with 360plus5. Where services can be offered by less qualified people, then 360plus5 will allow up and coming candidates to have a designation of Associate.

Event Organisation

PortalsEvents that are organised via this model will be of the highest possible quality. Handout materials in the form of delegate binders will be produced in house and custom built for each event. Other materials such as delegate badges, tent cards, certificates, will be created and distributed to the attendees accordingly. A central web presence supports the events with information, collateral and other forms of soft content that ensures the customer experience of the highest quality. All administration, payment and booking will be handled centrally, thus enabling the Fellow to do what they do best.

The principle for the delivery of the content is to match the desires of the customer. This leads to the sessions being conducted in a variety of locations such as: Fellow Office, On-Site, Hotel, Training Facility, Client’s Office or Virtual.
Formats

LocationsThe resonance that drives an intense learning experience is determined by the level and intensity of the relationship between the coach and the clients. It has been found that the best trade-off between these situations is what has been termed to be close coaching sessions. The core of the business is based upon sequences of these format sessions being deployed. In a close coaching environment a group of around five senior people will gather to have a combination of presentation, workshop and interaction sessions taking in the region of a long half day. e.g., 12 noon through 6pm. Often programmes can be of 6 to 15 sessions in sequence over a period around one to three months. Other formats are also available such as on-on-one, Instructor Led with 10-15 attendees and larger groupings of seminars or symposia. The core approach of the business is to drive towards sequences of intense and customised close coaching sessions using one key Fellow but with the addition of bringing guest Fellows as appropriate.

Other ProductsThe content that is created will lead to a variety of supporting product lines and delivery methods being made available to the clients of 360plus5. DVD, iPhone and web based delivery methods will be created as well as conventional publishing.

The key to the content that is created by the Fellowship is that it is focused upon soft skills that can be delivered and is appropriate for clients for years to come.
